Hidden Substance
Long, substantive pages in the source wiki that no other page links to.
These are pages with real content (5,000+ characters, often much more) but zero inbound [[links]]. Either:
- The author wrote them and they weren't woven into the wiki's link structure, or
- They were placed in folders that don't get cross-linked, or
- They predate the wiki's current shape and never got integrated.
Whatever the cause, these are pages a visitor walking the link graph would never encounter — yet several of them are among the longest and most substantive in the wiki.
The hidden long-tails
OGM Thursday, 2023-11-09 — ~74,700 chars
The longest hidden-substance page in the wiki. A very long meeting note from a 2023 OGM Thursday session. No inbound links. If you don't browse Meetings/ directly, you won't find it.

Claude on SJB Pilots — ~58,000 chars
A root-level document. Substantial Claude-generated material on SJB (St. Joseph's Bookstore?) pilots — second-largest hidden page. No inbound links from anywhere else.
Source: Claude on SJB Pilots.md
Drawing 2026-02-27 22.38.44 — ~21,400 chars
Excalidraw drawing data. Large but not narratively browsable; mentioned for completeness.

SJB New Post Sequence — ~16,600 chars
A root-level document about SJB post sequencing. No inbound links.
Source: SJB New Post Sequence.md
upkido_website_contentv3 — ~16,150 chars
Looks like website content for "upkido" — site copy or draft. Root-level. No inbound links.
Source: upkido_website_contentv3.md
Conversations and Knowledge, Fast and Slow — ~14,800 chars
A substantive piece in Conversations/. Daniel-Kahneman-flavored title. The folder it lives in (Conversations/) is small and not well-linked-to from elsewhere.
Source: Conversations/Conversations and Knowledge, Fast and Slow.md
index — ~13,080 chars
A root-level index.md with substantial content. Strange that it's not linked-to — possibly intended as the wiki's index but superseded by README.md.
Source: index.md
Billion-Dollar Systems — ~12,650 chars
Root-level essay-length piece. No inbound links.
Source: Billion-Dollar Systems.md
OGM Thursday, 2021-10-07 — ~12,620 chars
Another long meeting note, from 2021. Substantial content; no inbound links.
Source: Meetings/OGM Thursday, 2021-10-07.md
Lionsberg + OGM, 2021-05-20 — ~12,150 chars
A long stewardship meeting note from the early Lionsberg-OGM bootstrap period. Foundational material, but if you're not browsing OGM Stewardship/Meetings/ directly, you won't find it.
Source: OGM Stewardship/Meetings/Lionsberg + OGM, 2021-05-20.md
OGM Thursday, 2023-06-15 — ~9,800 chars
A 2023 meeting note. No inbound links.
Source: Meetings/OGM Thursday, 2023-06-15.md
1. OGM Bootstrap-Lionsberg Memorandum of Understanding — ~8,200 chars
A core MOU document. Other appendices link in (Appendix A, etc.) but the main MOU itself has no inbound links — somewhat ironic given its foundational role.
Extra Words from MoU Process — ~7,940 chars
Extracted/leftover content from the MOU drafting process. Substantial but not linked.
Source: OGM Stewardship/Documents/Extra Words from MoU Process.md
Appendix D - Larger, Evolving Vision Document — ~7,240 chars
Despite being a vision document referenced from many other places via outbound links, has no inbound links to it.

Patterns that emerge
- Meetings/ is the largest hidden corpus. Three of the longest unlinked pages are OGM Thursday meeting notes. The wiki uses an Obsidian Dataview-driven
Meeting Index.mdto surface meetings, but that index is invisible to wikilink-graph walkers and to any tool that doesn't render Dataview. - Root-level files are systematically orphaned.
Claude on SJB Pilots,SJB New Post Sequence,upkido_website_contentv3,Billion-Dollar Systems, index— all root-level, all substantive, all unlinked. Material that landed at the top of the wiki and stayed there without being woven in. - MOU corpus has weak inbound graph. The main MOU and its Appendix D both have lots of outbound links (to concepts, people, processes) but few inbound. The MOU was the source of authority; nothing was written back to it.
Note on meetings
Most "hidden substance" meeting pages are reachable via Meeting Index.md in the source — which uses Obsidian's Dataview plugin to compile a table by frontmatter category: Meeting. Tools that don't speak Dataview (most static-site renderers, including any link-graph walker) can't follow that index. So these pages are practically discoverable in Obsidian, but not in MarkPub-rendered HTML or any plain wiki traversal.
This is one reason Meetings & Calls Hub exists in this wiki — to put a portable, link-graph-visible navigation surface over the meeting corpus.
